Northern Lights Casino’s River of Stars Cabaret is bringing Halloween fun back with a spirited costume contest! Guests can compete in two exciting categories — Best Supernatural Spirit and Most Entertaining — for their chance to impress the crowd and judges alike. Show off your best look while sipping specialty Halloween spirits and enjoying festive entertainment, then take the stage in the River of Stars Cabaret to win your share of $6,000 in cash prizes.
Rules
- Guests will compete for five cash prizes in two categories: Best Supernatural Spirit and Most Entertaining
- First Place $1200
- Second Place $800
- Third Place $500
- Fourth Place $300
- Fifth Place $200
- Guest will be required to register with the casino host as least two hours before the contest begins
- Photo Id and Player’s Club card are required
- Name of the costume and a short description
- A brief backstory or inspiration of the costume design
- Contest will consist of three rounds for both categories
- Round one – Casino guests will determine top five category
- Round two – Judges will determine fourth and fifth place
- Round three – Cabaret patrons will decide the final three winners
- All casino house rules apply on the gaming floor (no weapons, masks are only permitted at the Cabaret Bar.
- Costumes will be judged at the River of Stars Cabaret stage with a panel of three judges and the audience.
- Judging criteria: Creativity, detail, energy, and overall impression
- Masks and face paint are only allowed during contest
- Guests may request that their cash prize be converted into free play
- Leech Lake Gaming management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke this offer at any time without prior notice.
- This promotion is not valid for guests who are excluded or barred from the casino or currently excluded or banned from any Leech Lake casino properties.
